1. No Returns & No Refunds

All purchases made on our website are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

2. Order Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, ingredients, and suitability before making a purchase. Yerrow shall not be held responsible for dissatisfaction arising from personal preferences or expectations.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged during transit, or

  • Incorrect (different from what was ordered),

you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To raise a request, please share:

  • Clear images/videos of the product

  • Order details

Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement product only. No refunds will be issued.


4. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not entertain requests for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product usability

  • Skin reactions or personal dissatisfaction

  • Incorrect address or failed delivery attempts
